Broad-Ocean signed Memorandums of Understanding with Wonkwang University etc.

Recently，Changsha Broad-Ocean Bio-Science and Technique Co.,Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Jeollanamdo Development Institute for Korean Traditional Medicine, Wonkwang-Oriental Medicines Research Institute, Department of Oriental Pharmacy, Wonkwang University respectively, formally establishing strategic cooperative and partner relations between the parties in the Oriental medicine industry.

The purpose of the Memorandums of Understanding is to set out an organic collaboration system between the parties which can enhance competitiveness of the Oriental medicine products for mutual benefit of the parties. And also strengthen the industrial-academic-research cooperation between the parties. Cooperation will be established, maintained or extended as appropriate in the areas of developing new drugs, medical foods, health foods, beauty products, and Traditional Chinese Medicine feeds and feed additives from natural resources.

In addition, the parties of the MOU will ensure that the parties will support each other in exchanging academic and scientific information and materials, specific research and the training opportunities for visiting scholars and staffs, organizing research meeting and conferences, and other cooperative research activities. The parties will also construct strategic alliance to perform related businesses, and will cooperate extensively in advice, investment and joint research and development regarding Oriental medicine industry.
